Meet The Team

Tim Little, President

I was born and raised in the City of Trees. I grew up living and breathing sports and enjoying the outdoor life Idaho provides. Now you can catch me golfing, paddle boarding or riding bikes on the Greenbelt.

I was fortunate to meet my beautiful wife in 2009. Fast forward 12 years and we have an amazing 6 year old son and another son due April 2021.  I started my career at Winco Foods as a Department Manager and retired a Vested Owner 7 years later in 2015. In 2016, I started a new career with Fredriksen Health Insurance as a Licensed Benefit Advisor for Idaho businesses and individuals. I met lifelong friends and helped hundreds of businesses realize their benefit potential. 

Now at RE Building and Construction as Vice President, I get to help local homeowners (RE)alize what their home can be! I get to work with my Dad -Tom Little!

I finally feel at home and cannot wait to bring 45+ years of North End experience to the industry with remodeling, new construction and HVAC.

Tom has had a long and storied career in the industry working in different fields from landscaping, construction, accounting, and sales.

In 2016, he and George Perry came together to utilizer their decades of experience and create RE Building And Construction. RE Building And Construction specializes in home remodels and additions and have expertly renovated many kitchens and bathrooms.

If you have a complicated home project or just need a room refreshed, they are the guys for you!
